History of Multimessage Systems
Formed in 1989 by Tom Cunnane, Multimessage Systems established a reputation for the design and manufacture of innovative and high performance
digital voice announcers. Tom Cunnane was previously a quality manager at National Telecoms and bought this knowledge and experience to create a
business around high quality finished products be it manufactured or repaired.
We also developed a range of small PABX systems to satisfy the unique needs of our customers. A commitment to research and development, based on sound and proven engineering expertise, has been a key factor in the successful growth of the company. This has been reflected in a customer base that includes government departments, retail chains, major clearing banks, cinema chains and utility companies.
Repairs have always been a key part of our business even whilst we created our own voice announcers.

With the growth of the business in 2000 we moved in to a 2 acre site, initially taking on 2 units but have expanded again and now use 4 units along side our
sister company Multistorage who manage the logistics services we provide for our customers.
As the approved repair centre for Avaya IP Office and Index products we have a multinational customer base and supply repairs and spares internationally. Multimessage is also an approved BT repair centre and also Ericsson-LG Pragma approved repair centre. Working with such prestigious manufacturers and maintainers of Telecoms, data and networking equipment we believe is a result of the high quality service we provide and having well trained engineers and dedicated team to support our customers.
