Our repair centre is staffed by experienced engineers with extensive knowledge on the Infinera product range and similar optical network products and ultimately provides peace of mind and trust in our repair service.
Multimessage customer service team will be your point of contact for your Infinera repairs and status of orders. Multimessage engineers diagnose and resolve technical faults on Infinera products and log fault information on repair tickets and we fully test to ensure the successful operation of the optical network product we have received for repair. The component level repair completed on each repair will be subject to minimum 24 hours soak test.
